I’m cleaning up the bar, my boss has just asked the bartenders to come up with some martini ideas. He says he’ll give us 100 bucks if he uses one of our ideas, so I’m in.
As I’m sweeping the stage, an idea strikes. I’ll get a bunch of chicks, and sometimes guys, who ask for a fruity martini. They always say, I want something fruity. So what if I call a martini a Something Fruity? They come up, ask for something fruity, all you gotta say is, coming right up.
What’s in it? Three red Puckers. Easy. Cherry, Watermelon, Strawberry. Equal parts. Then add orange juice and voila! A Something Fruity. Tastes like a jolly rancher, and people LOVE IT. I’ve never had one complaint. And you can make it as a drink on the rocks. Same thing.
Try it next time you’re at the bar. It’s delicious, if you like that sort of thing.
